INTERFACE-EAU is a hydrogeological consultancy firm specializing in boreholes and groundwater catchment works. It provides support to humanitarian organizations and development agencies that intervene in regions, which are heavily impacted by limited access to drinking water.

Beyond physically intervening to rescue ageing boreholes, INTERFACE-EAU also conducts long-term monitoring thus providing a scientific assessment over time of the management and preservation of water resources.

We perceive INTERFACE-EAU and our services as a technical interface that can easily and rapidly be plugged into your existing or future projects for a limited period of time. By ensuring that you possess all the technical expertise needed to roll out groundwater and borehole related activities, we make sure that you hit the ground running.

  • INTERFACE-EAU analyzes the concrete problem you have submitted to us regarding your aquifer or the boreholes that intersect it and makes a first conceptual diagnosis.
  • If necessary, INTERFACE-EAU deploys its mobile units designed as ready-to-use kits ensuring a rapid intervention wherever you are. Thanks to our highly qualified team and close collaboration with specialized partners around the world, we can quickly assess how to address the problem.
  • Finally, INTERFACE-EAU offers technical support and coaching throughout the implementation of your project. This support can include direct supervision in the field as well as training modules carefully adapted to fit the level and future needs of your teams.

How we operate

 

Regardless of whether your project is still in the design phase or already operational, INTERFACE-EAU can intervene rapidly through partnership agreements or service contracts.

Thanks to our mobile units INTERFACE-EAU is always ready to deploy wherever your teams need support.

Our hydrogeologists have extensive field experience from humanitarian or similar work and can therefore easily adapt to the conditions and reality of your teams.

INTERFACE-EAU does not implement projects on its own. We offer a series of plug-in support services within your projects to ensure swift and efficient groundwater management.
